International orders are to be shipped within 10-15 working days

If you did not receive a Shipment Confirmation email within 10 days, you can contact Customer Service via email at admin@vanitate.co.uk and they will respond to you with a link to track your order within 24 hours. Additionally, we ask that you include your order number when contacting Customer Service.
